Licensing - Service Satisfaction Survey Results
This survey has been developed to enable us to monitor the service that the Licensing Section provided to our customers. In November 2005 a new licensing regime was introduced in England and Wales combining six existing licences into one new Premises Licence with the Local Authority responsible for the issue of all licences, previously the function of licensing premises for the sale of alcohol had been carried out by the Magistrates. We now deal with many more customers so it is essential to get feed back on the service that is provided and, if necessary, make amendments to the service delivery.
