Safer Food Better Business
The Food Hygiene (England) Regulations 2006 came into force on the 1st January 2006 and requires all food businesses to have in place a documented food safety management system.
To help small businesses comply with the law the Food Standards Agency has produced a pack called 'Safer Food Better Business' (SFBB). Completion and implementation of this pack is one way in which you may comply with this legislation.
