You may apply for a postal vote if you are unable to go to your Polling Station on election day.
Complete this application form if you wish to apply for a postal vote.
The deadline for receipt of postal vote applications is 11 working days before the day of an election.
Alternatively you can pick up an application form at our Customer Service Point within Edinburgh House, Wem or use the contact details below to request a form.
