Undertaking customer satisfaction research

 

We are able to report a success rate of 95% by 2008/9 in the cleanliness of streets etc (as measured for Best Value Performance Indicator 199)

 

All abandoned vehicles are removed within 24 hours of the point at which the authority is legally entitled to remove the vehicle

 

The satisfaction of local people with cleanliness has risen to 80% by 2009
