Beat the Credit Crunch with Business Link - FREE Workshops

Business people in the West Midlands worried about the impact of the 'Credit Crunch' are invited to a workshop to help steer their businesses through the current economic climate and improve their business performance.

Business Link in the West Midlands is staging the free sessions around the region to help businesses who are feeling the pressure of the 'crunch' during these difficult times.

The two hour workshops will cover finance, marketing and customer services, three essential areas that can help your business perform at its best through this unsettled time. Find out how to:

• Market your business competitively in a small budget
• Hold on to your customer base
• Maximise your financial strategy
• Manage your debt effectively
• Identify your best customers
• and much more......

The aim of these workshops is to give attendees action points that they can use to change the way their business operates. There will also be advisers on hand during the sessions to provide one-to-one advice at mini clinics.

Workshops will be held every week in the following locations:

North Shropshire Business Support & Advice Clinics 

North Shropshire District Council and Oswestry Borough Council, in partnership with Business Link West Midlands, are to host regular business advisory clinics in Ellesmere and Oswestry throughout 2008 designed for both new and established business.

The clinics offer opportunities to meet experienced business advisors where access to a wide range of free business support and advice will be available, including:

• Business information and research
• Advice on how to improve your business performance
• Advice on how to improve the skills of you and your people
• How to access specialist manufacturing advice
• Advice on how to start a new business

Forthcoming clinics (all of which will take place between 9.15 a.m. and 4.00 p.m.) have been arranged for:
