At North Shropshire District Council, the Building Regulations are administered by Building Control, which is part of Building Control and Property Services. Our highly qualified and experienced team of Building Control Officers examine and comment upon plans for developments and carry out inspections of work in progress. Their extensive knowledge of materials and construction methods is available to you at all stages of the construction process.

FEES

From 1st April 2008 North Shropshire District Council is increasing its fees for certain categories for Building Control work.  These increases are the first for 8 years and are being imposed to recover increased costs due to inflation in this period.  Please use the Application Forms and Fees link above to download.
