• General promotion of the Leisure Service & its projects and activities
• Organising project evaluations and customer consultation exercises, to aid the delivery of quality services
• Carrying out research and identifying best practice in the leisure industry, to aid the delivery of quality services
• Linking in with national, regional & local sport/health/play campaigns and assisting the Sport Development Officer, Sport & Physical Activity Officer and Play Coordinator in coordinating sport/health/play specific projects
• Collating and recording performance information in relation to the Leisure Service
• Maintenance of the North Shropshire Sport and Physical Activity Directory and the Leisure Services webpages
