Connexions Shropshire
Connexions is a service that helps all 13-19 year olds (or up to the age of 25 for young people who have learning difficulties or disabilities) get the information, support and practical help they need to move towards successful adult lives.
So, if you have issues with bullying, drugs, finding a job, going to college, or anything that might stop you realising your potential, Connexions can help.
Connexions links all the organisations that work with young people - schools, colleges, youth groups, social services, youth offending teams etc. Connexions aim to be one point of contact to give young people all the support they need.
