- Developing domestic/life skills
- Developing social skills/behaviour management
- Advocacy, advice and liaison
- Help in managing finances and benefit claims
- Emotional support, counselling and advice
- Help in gaining access to other services
- Help in establishing social contacts and activities
- Help in establishing personal safety and security
- Supervision and monitoring of health and well being
- Supervising or monitoring medication
- Peer support and befriending
- Help finding other accommodation
- Help maintaining the security and safety of the dwelling
- Good neighbour tasks
- Cleaning of own rooms
- Liaison with Probation Services
- Risk assessment
North Shropshire District Council will complete a Risk Assessment Form for Stonham Housing Association and provide details to them of any voluntary or statutory agencies which are involved with the applicants eg, Community Mental Health Team, Substance Misuse Team etc.
Stonham Housing Association will then confirm if they are able to accept the referral from the Council. If they feel individuals are too high risk then North Shropshire District Council will work with other agencies to resolve the individuals problem.
