Local Estate Agents

There are a number of Estate Agents operating in the North Shropshire District who are agents for Landlords who may have accommodation available within the District.

The Council's Housing Options Team has a list of these Estate Agents who operate in the Market Towns of Whitchurch, Market Drayton, Ellesmere and Wem.

Private Landlords

Also there are a number of Landlords operating in North Shropshire District who let out their accommodation without an agent.  To apply for these properties you will be required to approach the Landlord direct or look in the local newspapers and newsagents for advertisements.

In some instances the Landlord and or Estate Agent will approach the Council for assistance in letting a property and we will work with the Landlord/Estate Agent to get the property let and make sure the Landlord and the Tenant are happy with the arrangement and monitor the progress.   Any issues should then be quickly dealt with.
