About Market Drayton Swimming Centre
Market Drayton Swimming Centre was opened in 1995. The facility consists of:
- Main Pool (25m x 13m). The pool conforms to competition standard and incorporates electronic timing.
- Learner Pool (12m x 5m).
- Outdoor Pool (15m x 12m free form). Open May - Sept, weather permitting.
- Sauna Suite with relaxation area.
The centre offers a wide range of activities including adults only, public swimming, 50+, aquatots, water workouts, women only, fun sessions, family sessions and children's parties.
The centre is the home of Market Drayton Swimming Club, which caters for all ages and abilities in competitive swimming from Club standard to National Level.
The centre offers a Continual Development Programme, designed for all ages, including Parents & Babies, Teddy Bears, Super Teds, Beginners Levels 2, 3 & 4, Personal Survival, Challenge Awards, Rookie Lifeguards, Lifesaving and Adult Lessons.

The time of the first session each day, with the exception of the staff training session, is the time that the centre is open to the general public. The end time of the last session each day is the time that the centre closes to the general public.
