The Enforcement of Planning Control
We aim to: Protect the quality of the natural and built environment of the North Shropshire District through effective enforcement of planning control. This is dones in accordance with the Council's adopted Planning Enforcement Policy.
Making a Complaint
Complaints can be made in writing, on the phone, by visiting the Council Offices at Edinburgh House, New Street, Wem, or by completing the online Enforcement Complaint Form. Contact details for the Enforcement Team are listed below.

The Council is seeking to ensure that in undertaking its regulatory and enforcement role it will be fair, open and consistent inits approach. To that end, it has adopted the Enforcement Concordat and we undertake to follow the guidance and standards set out in this policy and any supplementary service policies.
